rooms were cozy and bright, beds were extremely comfy. setting so close to the center of the osaka, nippombashi and namba station. pretty friendly and helpful staff.

it made my trip to osaka a very lovely experience. location was super, staff were efficient, early check-in. loved the luxury japanese-style room with a japanese design. beds were large + balcony was small.
